While not waterproof the jacket's recycled polyester exterior fabric has been given a durable water repellent treatment to provide weather resistance. A nylon plain weave liner provides internal comfort. Between those layers lofty PrimaLoft Silver insulation ensures that you stay warm regardless of how nasty a turn the weather takes. This unique blended insulation consists of 60% hydrophobic 650-fill down and 40% PrimaLoft synthetic materials. That combination achieves a high warmth-to-weight ratio maximizes compressibility and delivers warmth even if damp.
Other features include Nepalese-inspired trims a Himalayan-inspired interior print an adjustable hem a zippered chest pocket and zippered hand pockets. A stuff sack is included for safe packable convenience for stowing the jacket in your pack.
