Description

Innovative pole design for just-right balance of livability and weight-savings: The High Side's pole geometry maximizes the peak height near the door for easy entry and exit. The two separate pole sections create U-shaped support for height and volume, but the tent does need to be staked and guyed out for stability.
Vestibule that converts to an awning: The protective vestibule can be zippered shut for complete protection or you can use a trekking pole to stake out an awning-style opening for shaded space and more airflow. The single door has two zippers so you can use it as a vent even when the weather isn't ideal.
Compact storage for backpacking or bikepacking: With pole sections that fold up in 12-inch sections and Sierra Designs' Burrito storage sack with compression straps, it's a breeze to pack your tent away and stash it in your pack or lash it to your bike.
