The jacket is constructed of 40D GORE-TEX Paclite nylon ripstop fabric and all its seams are fully taped to bolster waterproof/breathable protection. This fabrication also offers windproof protection and excellent abrasion-resistance. The helmet-compatible hood extends coverage and incorporates a laminated wire brim. Integrated pit zips allow for venting in warmer temperatures or when exertion leads to working up a sweat.
Other features include water-resistant front zipper a secure chest pocket zippered hand pockets bonded cuffs with Velcro adjustability and a cord-cinch hem.
