The lightweight stretchy and insulated The North Face Men's Summit L3 Ventrix 2.0 Hoodie is a versatile option for a wide array of alpine pursuits.
The jacket uses hybrid fabrication. The lower body hood and underside of the sleeves are constructed of nylon ripstop and the upper body and the top of the sleeves are a blend of nylon and movement-enhancing elastane. All of these face fabrics have a durable water-repellent finish to provide protection from light precipitation. NOTE: The jacket is NOT waterproof. A layer of Ventrix polyester stretch insulation adds warmth in key areas of heat loss but it also incorporates strategic perforations to allow excess heat to escape so you don't wet out from the inside. An insulated helmet-compatible hood extends coverage and further enhances warmth.
Other features include zippered chest pockets zippered hand pockets elastic cuffs and an adjustable hem.
