Description

Designed to be used in tandem with your sleeping bag and sleeping pad (both sold separately), the Therm-a-Rest Sleep Liner adds both warmth and comfort to you camping or backpacking sleep system.

The soft fabric adds next-to-skin comfort and enhanced thermal efficiency. It increases warmth and extends the life of your sleeping bag by serving as a barrier between the bag and potentially destructive oils of your body. When you get home from your trip, simply throw the machine-washable liner into the washing machine. In warmer weather, you can potentially even use the liner as a stand-alone, minimalist sleeping bag.

The Therm-a-Rest Sleep Liner is available in Small (56.5" x 56.5" x 42.5"), Medium (61.5" x 58.5" x 44.5") and Large (64.5" x 59.5" x 49.5") size options. A stuff sack is included.

Much smaller than expected

It's a functional sleeping bag liner. The zipper works well. I'm not sure how much warmth it adds, but I used it inside a 0 degree bag (along with a sleeping pad) in 10 degree weather and stayed warm.

Dislikes

This liner is much smaller than the Thermarest sleeping bag I put it in. I originally ordered the regular size but had to exchange it for the larger size because it was so constricting. The larger size is okay, but still significantly tighter than my sleeping bag made by the same company. While I've decided to keep it, I'd try a different liner next time.
