A great all-around trail shoe for daily training and long miles, the Topo Athletic Women's Ultraventure 4 has plenty of cushioning and Topo's signature roomy fit. The shoe delivers all-day comfort and stability for trail running and other fast-moving pursuits.

Description

Plush and lightweight ride for all-day comfort: Underfoot, the shoe has a stack height of 35mm that drops to 30mm from heel to toe to give you stability and protection from rocks and roots. The ZipFoam midsole is lightweight and offers cushioning for a responsive ride that won't leave you feeling fatigued or footsore.
Foot-shaped fit for balanced, natural gait: The signature Topo fit has a roomy toe box to keep your toes in their natural position without pinching or rubbing while providing security in the midfoot and heel so you feel agile and confident on varied terrain. The low heel-to-toe drop (5mm) encourages a natural midfoot strike.
Breathable upper construction with durability for the long haul: The recycled mesh upper lets your feet breathe when things heat up, but also features a strategically placed PU print for added structure and durability in high-wear areas.
Stable grip wherever you go with Vibram: Get the perfect balance of grip, durability, and flexibility with a Vibram XS Trek EVO rubber outsole for confident traction on a wide variety of trail terrain.

Right out of the box, the fit of this shoe is amazing. There’s plenty of room for your toes up front, and the heel is snug and supportive. It’s quickly become one of my favorite shoes for training, whether I’m running in town or hitting the trails. The cushioning is plush without feeling over-the-top, so I still have a good feel for the trail and my feet feel great even as the miles add up.
