Ultra-lightweight and balancing a minimalist design focus with the need for key performance features. waterproof/breathable Ultimate Direction Ultra Pants are built for trail runners and other ounce-counting adventurers.
The pants' fabric has a PFC-free DWR treatment and effectively wards off precipitation while still providing excellent breathability. In fact, it far exceeds the breathability and waterproof standards required by the esteemed Ultra Tour Du Mont Blanc (UTMB). Fully-taped seams bolster weather-resistance and articulated knees allow for an uninhibited range of motion. Waterproof zippers at the ankles maintain weatherproof protection but ease pulling the pants on and off over top of shoes. An internal drawcord allows you to fine-tune fit. When not being worn, the pants stow compactly inside an interior pocket.
Available in your choice of unisex size options, Ultimate Direction Ultra Pants have a relaxed fit that allow you to comfortably wear layers beneath them.
