Description

A true ultra-lightweight option for thru-hikers and ounce-counting backpackers, the award-winning Snow Peak LiteMax Stove employs titanium and aluminum construction to weigh in at a mere 1.9 ounces! Despite its lightweight design, the LiteMax Stove delivers reliable backcountry performance.

Three folding pot support arms open wide to provide the LiteMax Stove with a 3.5" wide base for pots and pans. Once you've finished with mealtime and are ready to get back on the trail, the LiteMax Stove packs down to 3 1/8" x 2 3/8".

The canister-style LiteMax Stove is threaded to fit standard Snow Peak GigaPower fuel canisters (sold separately). Utilizing the isobutene/propane mix, the LiteMax Stove cranks out 11,200 BTUs for efficient performance even in poor conditions and temperatures as low as 17 degrees Fahrenheit. A fold-down flame control bar allows you to adjust the height of the flame as needed.

A storage bag is included with the Snow Peak LiteMax Stove.

It's fast enough for me. I like the wide flame. My 750ml pot sits securely on top. Super lightweight and tiny. I previously had a jetboil which I felt left too much room for error. This is basic and straightforward.

Dislikes

The forearms don't stay collapsed, they easily flip out when it's folded up. But it's not a big deal because they're so small.

lil' champ with knock out power. this stove will be taken even on a day hike lasting longer than 6 hours. treat to cook and eat hot ramen or brew coffee

Well made light weight stove

The size, weight and construction are exactly what I wanted. I ran out and purchases a jetboil fuel canister and it worked great.

None. Some of the support arms turned red from the flames but after some research it seems normal.
