Big Agnes Insulated SLX Tent Floor Pad Inflatable Pad/Tent Accessory

A truly unique option to maximize warmth and comfort, the Big Agnes Insulated SLX Tent Floor Pad has a packable, inflatable design and tapered dimensions that allow it to be used inside many 2-person backpacking tents to serve as a warm, cushioned “carpet”.

The pad’s nylon ripstop top and bottom have internal polyurethane coatings for waterproof protection. A quilted top provides a pillow-like sleeping surface. The alternating I-beam construction provides a smooth, comfortable feel and a full 3.5" of thickness. Larger outer baffles help to keep sleepers comfortably on the pad throughout the night. TPU lamination ensures durability and integrated PrimaLoft Silver insulation and a thin layer of reflective Mylar prevent heat loss and bolster warmth, achieving a 3.2 R-value.

The pad does need to be blown up, but a high-volume valve makes both inflation and deflation easy and allows for fine-tuning of firmness. An included inflation sack (color will vary) enables you to inflate the pad without having to do so by mouth. This saves you energy but also helps to extend the life of the pad by keeping moisture from reaching the pad’s interior.

The Big Agnes Insulated SLX Tent Floor Pad reaches 78" in length and is 50" at its widest point (at the head) and 40" wide at its narrowest. A stuff sack and repair kit are included with each pad. NOTE: Always store the pad unrolled with the valve open.
