With tapered dimensions designed to closely fit the contours of many 2-person backpacking tents, the Big Agnes Rapide SL Insulated Tent Floor Pad maximizes comfort and cushioned space for 3-season backcountry adventures.

Description

  • Stable, lofty surface for sleeping comfort: The baffled design creates a mattress-like feel you'll appreciate after a long day on the trail. Incredibly plush, this pad gives you 3.5" of inflated thickness to make sure you don't feel any lumps or bumps underneath. Outer rails measure 4.25" thick to cradle you in the middle even if you toss and turn at night.
  • Insulated warmth for multi-season use: The toasty 4.8 R-value makes this pad more than capable of being your backpacking go-to from spring to fall. Big Agnes achieves this with two layers of quiet heat reflective film on the inside of the pad.
  • Dependable performance that balances packability and durability: Nylon double ripstop fabric protects the bottom of the pad and provides a comfortable sleeping surface. The baffles utilize aviation-grade TPU lamination for welded strength under pressure. An antimicrobial treatment inside the pad prevents microorganism growth that can damage it. When fully compressed and rolled, the pad measures 5.5" x 11.5."

Sizing, inflation and storage
When fully inflated, the Big Agnes Rapide SL Insulated Tent Floor Pad measures 78" long and tapers from 50" wide at the head to 40" at the feet. A stuff sack is included for packing and storage, as well as an inflation sack for moisture-free inflation and a field repair kit. Paired with the inflation sack, the dual-port valve delivers fast one-way inflation or deflation.

Fits like a glove in my hubba hubba 2 person tent. Best nights sleep I’ve ever had in a backpacking tent. Slept 3 nights in a row with my partner and barely lost any air and we both were very comfy. I never want to sleep on a single backpacking pad again!
