Press-fit Black Diamond Flex Tech Tips have integrated low-profile trekking baskets that provide backcountry traction. The WaveLock construction of the Flex Tech Tips allows you to choose between interchangeable Carbide Tech Tips (included) and Rubber Tech Tips (sold separately) for optimal performance on varying terrain. Flex Tech Tips can even be used to retrofit Black Diamond poles that originally came with standard tips and, in the process, increase the versatility of the poles.

Black Diamond Flex Tech Tips are sold in pairs.

  • Retrofits any Black Diamond Approach and most Mountain Series trekking poles

They hold up well to the rigors of tough trail use.I recently completed the Black Forest trail (for you Pennsylvanians) and Devils Path in the Catskills.
