Very comfortable. The foam and air combination really gives it a similar feel to my mattress at home without the bulk. Best sleep I've had other than a hammock.

The best sleeping pad around

The Megamat 10 LXW is one of the most comfortable mattresses of any kind I have slept on. It self inflates quickly and is easy to adjust with the included pump. Some reviews have criticized the included pump, but it works like a charm, and because it is the same material as the pad, it is unlikely that it will ever wear out. One of the best features of this pad is you can use regular single size bed sheets, which keeps the pad neat and clean.

I left a review a few weeks ago regarding the regular size Exped Megamat 10 self inflating sleeping pad. Well, I went camping and love the Exped so much I exchanged it for the larger and wider size. I'm a side sleeper so with the regular size I felt like I was going to fall off but I didn't LOL. Yes its pricey but the 20% coupon helps.

+ Better than my previous set up! (Teton Outfitter XXL Cot and Teton Outfitter XXL Pad) + Vertical Side Walls (I slept on sleeping pads with gradual sides and I've rolled off of one because of it!) + Foam Inside (I've used the Coleman's air mattress and it's cold) + Well Designed Valves (Able to adjust for the right amount of air for comfort) + Sidewinder Stuff Sack is a great (Easier to pack)
