Because of the all-leather construction the boot does require a moderate break-in period but a synthetic top collar and tongue do enhance comfort and reduce break-in time. A GORE-TEX Performance Comfort lining provides waterproof/breathable protection to keep your foot dry and comfortable. Asymmetrical lacing allows you to dial in fit and alleviate uncomfortable pressure points that could otherwise cause hot spots or blisters. A toe cap protects your foot from rocks and roots.

A dual density microporous rubber midsole offers support provides cushioning and increases moisture-reducing breathability. A FrameFlex Lite nylon insole and EVA footbed increase overall comfort. A Vibram Winkler rubber outsole offers aggressive traction and a MegaGrip compound ensures reliable grip on trails scree or off-trail terrain.
