Roomy, light, comfortable, durable. Doesn't hang, barrel badly or flop around on your back if you pack it right. Materials and stitching are all top notch. Will hold a 2l Hydrapak bladder, but the hose can be dangly and annoying. Never mind daypack, with lightweight gear this pack is sufficient for a warm weather weekend and you don't even have to skimp out on luxuries! I can get everything I need and a few things I don't for an entire weekend inside this bag somewhere, including a bulky Naturehike collapsible chair, either in the main compartment or the pockets. The exceptions, of course, are the tent and a pair of camp shoes, but I've been putting a small 1 person bivy tent under the top strap just fine and some light and flimsy water shoes behind the horizontal straps.
Dislikes
A rain flap over the pocket zipper would've been nice, as would a detachable waist belt. Also, the load lifter tensioners are difficult to reach and release when the pack is on, but this is probably just my 51 year old joints. None of these are what I would call dislikes, though, and the pack is a definite recommend.
