The Kelty Journey PerfectFIT child carrier allows you to safely include your child in all of your adventures. It has on-the-go fit adjustability and streamlined storage.
The carrier's PerfectFIT suspension system provides accurate on-body size adjustment so you can easily customize the fit even after you've put it on. Its broad torso adjustability range of 15.5"-21" allows the carrier to comfortably fit parents of varying heights and sizes. A lightweight aluminum frame provides stability and load-bearing strength. Hex mesh on the padded backpanel and waistbelt provides excellent cushioning and ventilation. Load lifter straps relieve stress on your shoulders and an adjustable sternum strap positions the shoulder straps across the chest to prevent chafing under the arms and on the shoulders. The carrier has a total carrying capacity of up to 50 pounds (including child, carrier, and any contents). The frame has a folding design that lets the carrier stand rigidly. Dual handles make it easy to grab and maneuver the carrier.
Your child rides safely inside the carrier's padded aluminum roll cage. The padded cockpit seat has height adjustability to "grow" with your child. The Journey PerfectFIT Sunshade (sold separately) can be used to add protection from glare, UV, and light precipitation. The carrier has a large zippered main storage compartment and a stretch mesh hipbelt pocket to keep small valuables close at hand.
