Good casual hiking shoes.

The looks are great overall, except instead of being gray like it looks on the site, it is a little green colored.
Dislikes
Little bit of a break in period. Slightly narrow.

i have been wearing the Bridger Mid boots for a few years and they were ready to be replaced. I decided to replace them with Bridger Low. Same perfect fit and ready to go out of the box. This is a great shoe with a roomy toe box and and deep heel cup, perfect for my custom orthotics.

Great shoe

I love these shoes. No break-in period. They feel unique, these shoes were enlightening, I never realized what a sole should feel like. There is a completely different set of pressure points and it felt strange, but good and within the first hour I was convinced the shoe is a keeper.
Dislikes
The only issue is they are hot. They are waterproof and do not breath as good as I hoped. Other than that, laces are first rate and material is utilitarian. Very good hiking/walking shoe...

Really protective hiking shoe
Likes
-amazing toe protection -Oboz classifies this as a "medium" volume shoe, but I found it plenty secure even for my low volume feet
Dislikes
-really heavy for a low hiker - men's size 12 weights roughly 20.5 oz. per shoe -heel wasn't comfortable for me - the back of my heel felt really sore when walking up inclines with these shoes on -had more trouble getting a locked down heel fit than with the firebrand ii, which has 7 eyelets per side, while the Bridger low has only 5 eyelets per side -The Bridger Low has a firmer underfoot feel than the Firebrand II. I was looking for something a little softer than the Bridger underfoot.

Love these boots

I had purchased a pair of the Bridger Mid hiking boots a few months earlier for backpacking and absolutely loved them. I wanted a pair of low cuts to wear on day hikes when not carrying weight. Both offer good ankle support, a firm sole, very comfortable with virtually no break in time. I have a narrow heel and I have never had a boot fit so well.
Dislikes
Only that I wished I had found these boots earlier.

I have numerous pairs of Oboz. Love the shoes. The Bridgers have a bit more support and stiffness than some of the Oboz, but I love the support. Good looks, great support, good toe room, Great shoes.

Great shoes, but really stiff outsole
Likes
Comfortable and very sturdy for the weight. Love the Oboz insole; great value addition. Aggressive tread on the outsole and good traction. Overall a really good shoe for the trails.
Dislikes
The outsole is really stiff and dense. This is likely a plus in a lot of cases but for me I find that my legs and feet fatigue a bit faster with the shock from such a stiff outsole so could only give it 4 stars.
