Description

The Mountainsmith K-9 Pack has ergonomic construction and optimal storage to allow your 4-legged hiking partner to join you on all your backcountry explorations.

A 4-point harness and padded sternum strap offer fit adjustability and a belly strap further helps to dial in fit. Padded, mesh contact panels provide comfort and breathability. A sturdy handle on the top of the pack lets you quickly put a hand on your pet for control or to help him or her over obstacles. A metal D-ring serves as a leash attachment point.

Twin zippered side panniers offer a wealth of storage space for food, water, collapsible bowls, or other gear. These compartments are tapered to ensure a comfortable, ergonomic fit. Reflective trim on the front, rear, and side panels adds a measure of safety and visibility.

Likes

Very well made, straps adjust for the perfect fit and have locking clips to stay secure. Water resistant when our pup decides to lie in the stream to cool off. Nice extra side pockets for treats. Our 14 yr old dog took his first backpacking trip 18 miles and had no issues with this pack. Very Satisfied--And Enwild shipped it even faster than we expected, thanks Guys!

Best dog pack out there

This is a very well thought out pack - it is super-adjustable and fits great. The pockets are big enough to fit a few days worth of food, and we usually end up strapping a dog bed or blanket around the top. Even when the pockets are not equally balanced, the bag stays securely centered. Our older dog has had the previous generation mountainsmith K9 pack for several years, and the bag shows very little wear and tear.
