MSR Revo Ascent snowshoes are equipped with maximum traction, lightweight durability, and secure and innovative bindings for challenging conditions and demanding climbs.
The streamlined profile of the snowshoes optimize agility and efficiency by promoting an easy, natural stride. The ExoTract platforms are comprised of aluminum framing with aggressive teeth and injected-molded decking has reactive flex that enables the shoes to respond properly on uneven surfaces. The pivoting, steel DTX crampons have split teeth that effectively distribute force on rugged terrain. Independent flexibility enables the crampons to move freely without over rotating, allowing you to maintain a free range of motion without jeopardizing balance.
Unique Paragon bindings utilize ground-breaking, freeze-resistant mesh straps to provide a secure, comfortable fit for any footwear. The bindings provide easy adjustability and security in any type of weather. On steep terrain, Ergo Televator heel lifters can be easily pulled into position with a gloved hand to reduce calf fatigue and better distribute load across the entire frame.
The snowshoes are available in 22-inch and 25-inch size options. MSR's suggested weight recommendations (weight to include user, snowshoes, and gear) are as follows: up to 180 pounds for 22-inch snowshoes and 120-220 pounds for 25-inch snowshoes. A modular design allows you to utilize MSR Revo Tails (sold separately) when conditions and weight demand greater flotation.
MSR Revo Ascent snowshoe are sold in pairs.
