Description

Weighing just 10 ounces and packing down to 5" x 4.9", the MSR Trail Mini Duo Cook Set includes all the cookware necessary for up to two backpackers.

The system consists of a 1.2 liter hard-anodized aluminum pot with an insulated grip, a strainer lid with a sip-through design, a 28 ounce polypropylene bowl, and an ultra-lightweight pot lifter. All of the pieces nest neatly together and leave room for a compact backpacking stove and a 4 ounce or 8 ounce fuel canister (all sold separately).

Nice, but not quite what I was hoping for

I love that this fits a full-size (~250mm) can of butane, along with a stove. The size is just about perfect for couples backpacking, and the weight seems reasonable.

Dislikes

The lid is loose. I watched several videos, and somehow got the impression that the lid was at least a friction fit. It's not. I want a camp stove system that won't spill its guts!
