Description

Providing lasting comfort with everyday style the Oboz Women's Bozeman Low Leather hiking shoe offers trail-worthy construction with an aesthetic that isn't out of place in town or the office.

The shoe's split-suede leather upper has a waterproof treatment that can withstand a passing shower though it does not have a full waterproof lining. The supple leather provides support and long-lasting durability. Constructed on a gender-specific last the shoe has a comfortable and secure fit.

A high-performance insole is a cut above what you'll find in most trail shoes providing plush foam under the heel and forefoot a shock-absorbing and stability-enhancing heel cup and arch support and moisture-wicking materials. The insole is made with Oboz's Bloom Algae technology which uses sustainable algae biomass in its construction. In the midsole dual-density EVA provides cushioning and a TPU heel clip increases support and comfort. Low-profile 3.5mm rubber lugs deliver confident traction on trail or on paved surfaces. A reinforced toe cap protects against kicked rocks or roots.

The Oboz Women's Bozeman Low Leather trail shoe is available in women's full and half sizes.

Happy Feet

Likes

I have tried nearly every top brand of hiking shoes and trail runners looking for a pair that won’t hurt my feet (I suffer from plantar fasciitis). Likewise, I have tried every insole in an attempt to make the shoes I have more comfortable. At long last, I’ve found a shoe that is perfect for me with no modifications required. The toe box is wide enough yet the heel fits snugly. The laces allow me to adjust to accommodate my high volume foot. And the O-fit insole provides the arch support I need, along with just enough cushion in the heel for maximum comfort. I had forgotten what it was like to hike pain-free. These shoes have been a lifesaver. Enwild’s shipping and fast delivery was awesome - I had the shoes within 2 days of ordering.

Dislikes

I love the all-leather uppers which have been treated with waterproofing, but it would be even better if the shoes had a fully waterproof lining. The soles are probably better suited for my city walking and groomed trails. A more rugged sole is probably needed for more challenging conditions.
