I really like this bag. It makes traveling very easy. If you will be stuck in line waiting at airports leave it in wheelie mode. If you've got to rush or walk a distance the backpack mode is very very comfortable. I like that the straps disconnect. If I really need extra storage, it can go in there. It's soft enough to fit overhead and every size check I've had on air travel, but made of a crazy tough fabric. Wheels are great, suspension rolls around with no issue. People get weird about the wheels near your hips, but I don't ever have a problem with it. It usually doesn't touch. Expensive but this thing is awesome

The daylite junction is great but the d rings recommended option for joining is terrible. You're supposed to insert the strap buckles into a hard plastic d ring. This works if you've 5 mins each time you need to connect or disconnect. You can use the compression straps on the top of your backpack through the top d rings and cinch it with the sojourn compression straps overtop the backpack. Way faster

perfect carry-on travel backpack for places where wheels will be useful

well crafted, sturdy materials kickstand (with built in handle/grip, nice touch): stands solidly upright, ready to be wheeled. quality suspension, not an afterthought, for when you just gotta get it off the ground for a while padded compression straight jacket keeps main compartment open for loading/packing

so nice it might attract unwanted baggage handler attention.... will be zipping it up inside a large tote (when checking, vs carryon days) another not real dislike: just about too small for an extended winter visit or some extra "gear" along with regular travel needs, that takes you over the carry-on restrictions ... so I also bought the 60L version, and will suffer accordingly those days.

Versatile Carry-On Bag

You can fit A LOT in this bag. It's comfortable to wear as a backpack (I'm 5'8, medium frame) and converts easily into wheeled luggage. The wheels took a beating on European cobble-stone streets but still work nicely.

The only thing it is missing is a laptop sleeve.
