The Petzl Tactikka CORE headlamp offers a brilliant 450 Lumens of brightness, has varied settings including a night vision-preserving red LED mode, and utilizes an innovative rechargeable design. and is offered in subdued to stealthy color options.

A large electronic push-button makes the headlamp simple to operate. The LED bulb produces a maximum brightness of 420 Lumens and allows you to choose between proximity and distance settings. A red light grants illumination that doesn’t ruin your night vision. A hinge on the housing enables you to aim the headlamp's beam where you need it most.

The Tactikka CORE is powered by the included CORE Rechargeable Battery but can also be used with standard AAA batteries (sold separately), making it more versatile than many rechargeable headlamps.

The Petzl Tactikka CORE headlamp is water-resistant, suitable for all-weather use, and includes a detachable, washable, and adjustable headband.

Great headlamp

Love the rechargeable battery. An ounce or so weight penalty and it’s much better that replacing batteries. Feels good on your head and the learning curve for the settings is pretty easy. oh and it’s BRIGHT!

Apparently not fully waterproof but I’ve had zero issues
