A blend of Merino wool and polyester the Terramar Men's 3.0 Thermawool Crew utilizes the strengths of both materials to effectively insulate and wick moisture keeping you dry warm and comfortable even in extreme cold.

The specific blend of wool (30%) and polyester (70%) on the exterior ensures maximum warmth and technical performance. The brushed interior is 100% polyester to ensure next-to-skin comfort. Integrated carbon boosts performance by recognizing temperature and determining whether to resist heat loss or allow warm air to escape. The end result is that you stay dry and comfortable regardless of conditions. The carbon also aids in odor control. The blended fabrication also provides 50+ UPF protection. Rolled shoulder seams flat seam construction and stretch comfort neck tape enhance fit and comfort.

Available in your choice of sizes the Terramar Men's 3.0 Thermawool Crew top has a regular fit that anticipates layers being worn over or under it.

Warm and soft

Very warm and toasty, and, considering that there is wool in the mix, not at all itchy...rather, very comfortable. Great for cold nights in the quilt for additional layering.

wise choice for base layering

Wanting to replace some older base layers I searched Enwild for alternatives to current synthetic base layers(which I find not up to the task). The blending of two worlds:wool and synthetics seemed quite logical. Terramar's deceptively thin thermawool has proven to be remarkably warm, comfortable and easy to layer over. And the informed and courteous advice from an Enwild employee steered me to an excellent choice. A win win for anyone wanting to stay warm in cold weather and cool in warmer activities, the Terramar thermawool crew IMO is the way to go. The price was right too. Happy trails, folks.

Great for any winter time activities

Warm, comfortable, and great fit. I really like the moisture wicking capabilities in the material as vigorous hiking can cause a lot of sweat. As well as protection from the cold when camping/sleeping at night.

Price is a bit high, but not too bad if you get them while they are on sale.
