R 3.0 good for shoulder months. Like the wide square shape.

Thermarests stuff sacks need to be redesigned.

Good!

Comfortable with sufficient width and length for my needs.

Takes a while to inflate and deflate. Solved this with a neoair pump sack.

Most comfortable sleep to date outside
Likes
- Very comfortable - Packs very small - Haven't experienced the noise previously cited in other reviews (but I am a heavy sleeper)
Dislikes
- Takes a LONG time to inflate, with significant effort compared to other offerings (I am a long-distance cyclist). Perhaps the SpeedValve model solves this issue

Finally a lightweight regular length wide pad!
Likes
It's so hard to find a lightweight pad in a regular length wide width. Definitely warm and comfortable. Packs down decent enough too
Dislikes
Takes a lot to blow up and the nozzle on the thermarest units aren't the best. just like the other x-lite models it's rather crinkly.

Large Area Comfortable Stows Small Easy to roll Weight to Comfort is awesome.

Takes some work to inflate (make a pump bag) A little noisey (crinkly) Under 30 and this isnt "warm" but great for 35+

No complaints - very comfy

Now I'm in my 50's with 4 decades of abuse of my back, neck, knees etc. I am willing to sacrifice a little weight for comfort. The extra width is one of those things you don't miss until you try it, a bit like a good quality pillow.
Dislikes
I have a tiny little therm-a-rest pump it takes it 4 to 5 mins to blow this up as opposed to 3 for the standard size neo-air. I Also wish wish therm-a-rest could stop the d*** crinkling sound every time you move

Comfortable but No Pump Sack

Supportive and comfortable, I like the wider width as I am an active sleeper so move around a lot and don't tend to fall off this one.
Dislikes
Takes about 35 good deep breaths to fill it. I have to inflate it in 3 stages or the lightheaded feeling is not fun. I plan to pick up a pump, and really wish it came with a pump sack.

The extra width makes a big difference

The extra 5 inches of width makes it so much better for me a side sleeper. I like better than the mummy shaped pads. Seems more stable than the regular xlite.
Dislikes
The valve seems hard to blow into.

Very comfortable

This was my first inflatable pad, and I'm very impressed. I experienced no overnight deflation. It comes with a repair kit with two glue dots and fabric covers, and alcohol wipes to clean the area (and a how-to sheet). I usually inflate it fully and then let a little air out to my liking. After I let the air out, I don't touch the ground unless I sit up on my knees or butt, which I don't mind because it's extremely comfortable when I'm lying down. I didn't experience excessive crinkling or loudness.
Dislikes
Doesn't come with an inflating aid, like the one that's attached to the stuff sack on some other thermarest pads. Must be inflated manually, which takes a few minutes and is tiring and annoying. I think this is why this pad is a little less expensive than other similar pads of this size from thermarest, and I think this pad is a good deal and would recommend it.

We'll see how fabric holds up on the Hoh next month. Pretty thin.
