Good Pad for hikers on the move
Likes
Easy fold for quick deployment and pack up. Gives enough cushion and protection from the floor.
Dislikes
Obviously not as cushy as a air mattress... but good enough without the hassle of having to blow air and deflate.

Great product for price

Very comfortable for a closed cell pad. Convenient for quick setup, and reflective side really helps with warmth. I was almost too warm in combination with my 20 degree bag on a 30 night.
Dislikes
Moves around alot under bag or quilt but only if you're a resless sleeper. I'm primarily a stomach sleeper but after a long day on the trail, passing out on my back and not moving is a piece of cake.

Camping Staple

I've used the Therm-A-Rest Z-Lite many times for both camping and backpacking. They work great for both, especially on softer ground. I bought these as a backup to some inflatable sleeping pads. However, when we got to the camp site we found that the entire spot was covered in gravel. We ended up using these under our inflating sleeping pads for an extra layer between us and the rocks, and I slept great!

Decently warm. Also great as a very thick butt pad.
Dislikes
- Too thin: can feel rocks on the ground. - Annoying to strap to a backpack.

A decent little pad

It’s foldable and I find 1/2ing it better straps to the backpack. I really like the ridges from the egg crate like shape. And it’s nice and light.
Dislikes
It’s a little stiff but it pretty easy to get use to.

Durable sleeping pad

Reliable: puncture proof compared to air pads. Can sit on it outside shelter and not worry about puncturing your sleeping pad. Affordable. Lightweight. Warm.
Dislikes
Bulky. Not as comfortable as an inflatable pad obviously.

Great pad if you are looking for one that is light weight, puncture proof, and has great thermal properties. It's a little bulky and thin compared to the highly compressible and thicker inflatable pads, but puncture and these pads are flatter than if you had the Therm-a-Rest Z-Lite.
Dislikes
Nothing really.

As advertised, it really does seem to reflect body heat back to you. First time I used this, it nearly made my bag too warm! Surprisingly comfortable for such a thin pad.
